Our core values must be easy to remember and truly represent what it is we, the people of Baymark Signs, would be proud to stand for. These are not values that change from time to time, situation to situation or person to person, but rather they are the underpinning of our company culture.   Each member of the Baymark Signs team is responsible for living these core values on a day-to-day basis and ensuring others live up to these values as well.  We believe strongly in these values and would not compromise them despite the changing environment around us.

• Products –products/services that provide unique value for our customers.  Identify customer needs up front and satisfy them.  We have high standards and our goal is to deliver the highest quality products and services we possibly can. • Profits-  We earn our profits everyday through voluntary exchange with our customers. We recognize that profits are essential to creating capital for growth, prosperity, opportunity, job satisfaction and job security. Accountable to each other for meeting sales goals and expense budgets.  Continuous improvement in business basics.  Resourceful, do more with less.  Longer term, profit  is the single best measure of our added value and long term success.


• Our Partners and Community- demonstrate integrity and responsibility in all business dealings. Our trade partners are our allies in serving our stakeholders. We treat them with respect, fairness and integrity at all times and expect the same in return. We respect our environment and recycle, reuse, and reduce our waste wherever and whenever we can.
